Yell A Quote is estimating software. It turns your spoken job descriptions into draft estimates, invoices, and customer-facing documents. It is not a licensed contractor, an appraiser, or professional advice. Every estimate is a draft generated from your inputs and your rates: you review, you decide, you send. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of every estimate and invoice you send to a customer, for your pricing, and for compliance with the licensing, contract, and consumer-protection laws that apply to your trade in your location.
Estimates are drafted by artificial intelligence from your recordings and price book. AI output can contain errors — wrong quantities, wrong rates, misheard words. The Service flags low-confidence items, but the final check is always yours. Nothing is sent to a customer without your explicit action.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. One account per business unless we agree otherwise.
"Unlimited" bids means unlimited genuine business use by one operator. We enforce reasonable technical limits to prevent abuse, automation, resale, or use that degrades the service for others. If a limit affects your real usage, contact us — we'd rather raise your ceiling than lose you.
Your recordings, estimates, customer data, and price book remain yours. You grant us the license needed to store and process them to provide the Service — nothing more. You're responsible for having the right to record job information and to use your customers' contact details.
Don't use the Service to break the law, to send spam or deceptive documents, to infringe others' rights, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to build a competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that do.
The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that estimates are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it fits your particular business. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On deletion, your data is removed per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
